Since our inception in 1997, The Shadow Shopper of Georgia, Inc. has given clients a unique opportunity to view their businesses through the most important eyes of all, their customers.

We accomplish this with mystery shops that use hidden, state-of-the-art audio/video equipment. Unlike questionnaires and written evaluations, the method used by most mystery shopping companies, our video shops do not rely on the recall and personal assessment of the shopper. Who We Are
The Shadow Shopper of Georgia, Inc. was founded by Tami Nolting, who saw the value of mystery shopping services while employed in the corporate retail environment. Good job performance was consistent among employees when they knew they were being evaluated. It was during the normal day-to-day operations, when the boss or company president was not on the premises, that the employees' knowledge of the business, products and their supervisor's expectations truly came to light.

After eight years in corporate retail, Ms. Nolting pursued her interest in the video mystery shopping industry by establishing The Shadow Shopper of Georgia, Inc. and serving as its vice-president. Convinced that all businesses would benefit from seeing how effective their training programs really were, she believed The Shadow Shopper of Georgia, Inc. had great potential for success.

The Shadow Shopper of Georgia, Inc. now has many established clients and has seen a three-fold increase in sales, proving that retailers agree with Ms. Nolting. Video mystery shopping recognizes a need, then meets it!
